Rift Valley University Gotera Campus has organized half day training for representatives drawn from Nifas Silk sub-city, woreda 8 and 10. The campus considers such training as part of its corporate social responsibility.
Ato Alemayhu Garumsa, Campus Dean made the opening remarks and officially opened the training session.
The training topic were “Leadership, Customer Service and Kaizen Philosophy”. The participants raised the practical challenges they have faced on duties and enriched the presentations through cross fertilization of ideas and experiences. The trainings were offered by the RVU Gotera Campus instructors. Totally 79 public service providers benefited from the training.
By initiating such timely and courageous community service activates, the campus has partially fulfilled its corporate social responsibility.
