Partner delegates that arrived in Ethiopia from Finland have wrapped their work visit at Rift Valley University. The delegates from Silk-road Academy initially made discussions with RVU Managing Council on how to implement the signed Memorandum of Understating (MoU) that involve offering short term vocational trainings for RVU graduates in Finland, arrange studies and oversea employment opportunities.

To that end, they have visited RVU Registrar and Alumni Office and observed how students document are processed centrally at head office, the state -of-art -facilities both at Head Office and RVU Gada Campus that is located in the same building. Besides, the guests got an opportunity to attend RVU Adama Campus graduation ceremony and visited Adama RVU TVET, graduates and post graduate campuses.

After finalizing their field work visit, the delegates made final discussion with RVU Academic Council. In the course of their discussion, they have expressed their appreciations of what they have informed by RVU Managing Council and what they have observed on the field. The two parties agreed to start training RVU graduates in Finland in areas of education and human capital before the beginning of the coming European New Year.
